Fellowship! at Comic-Con

From 14th to 17th July, Fellowship! the musical parody of The Fellowship of the Ring will be at Comic-con in San Diego. There are further details about this event at Fellowship the Musical.

LotR stars to appear at CauldronCon 2005

Lord of the Rings actors John Rhys-Davies and Sala Baker, along with Royd Tolkien (great-grandson of JRR Tolkien) will be appearing at CauldronCon from 12th to 14th August 2005. This convention will take place at the Sheraton Ferncroft Resort, Danvers, Massachusetts.

Happy birthday Karl Urban

Karl Urban was born in Wellington, New Zealand on 7th June 1972 and today Karl is celebrating his 33rd birthday. You can read his cast bio here. In the CoE gallery there are pictures of Karl here and of Karl in the role of Éomer here.

Tolkien lecture

Lembas for the Soul deadline extended

Due to numerous requests, the submission deadline for “Lembas for the Soul” has been extended to June 30th, 2005. No further extensions will be made, so do submit your entries as soon as possible to White Tree Press.

Lord of the Rings Exhibition – Houston

The Lord of the Rings Exhibition opens at the Houston Museum of Natural Science at 12:01a.m. on June 4th.
