Ciryaher was the son of Ciryandil, and from 1015-1149 Third Age, the fifteenth King of Gondor. In the year 1050, after conquering the Harad, he changed his name to Hyarmendacil.

He ruled for 134 years, and was succeeded by his son, Atanatar II.
