Unfortunately, since the move of this site to WordPress, you can no longer submit a translation request in on the database page. This may or may not be fixed in the future. But, you can always post in the relevant language forum (Elvish101 for Sindarin, Quenya Forum for Quenya) and ask for help with the name translation.
