Rather than try to jump start this thread. I'd recommend that you start an OOC for a new thread and work out a storyline that fits in with the CoE RP rule changes that have occurred since the thread died

I had a long post explaining, but who gives? I'm just gonna restart along the basic plotlines, I will copy and paste the plot into my first post, then you guys can post such as "I'm ____" first post of claiming a character is the person who gets that character, unless the 1st poster changes their mind. Let's get this show on the road!! The rp will be under "Return of the Nazgul (revised)" Let's have fun, and people can be more than one character if they wish. See you guys at the rp! I'm posting this same general post on the rp, with guidelines, etc...Let's have fun!
