This is a story about a group of elves (any and all elves are welcome). There is a peace treaty between Imladris and the Trolls of the Trollshaws. It is the fourth age and both their numbers have dwindled significantly and both elves and trolls wish to preserve what they have left. However this group of elves namely Amrûn wishes to adventure into the Trollshaws and see what a troll looks like and what they do and if they are really as menacing as everyone says they are, even though she has boasted about seeing trolls all her life (she is a bit of a storyteller and exaggerates everything). As you might have already guessed they get into quite a bit of trouble. They’re venturing into the Trollshaws is a violation of the peace treaty. There may be many trolls who would be happy to eat the curious elves, and there may be a young troll who like them is curious about the elves and wants to see Imaldris (Rivendell)? Will this troll help them escape? Will they’re foolishness start a war between the elves and trolls?
