And I also think there are some letters missing from your solution: R is missing several times;
third line: Hirluin, return, nor, Grimbold
fourth line: nor, Halbarad, Northlands, Ranger, or
fifth line: or, for, great,
I know that keeping track of the letters is time-consuming, which is why the evil conspiracy was most likely hatched - my guess: some of the corrupted from the Realm of Vairë - like these here: Image Image Image Image

I write out the text in a single line using Notepad2 or any text editor which allows wordwrap to be switched off. Put the blank version underneath. It's fairly easy to go through and insert the letters into the blank version and then copy/paste. It's not foolproof but it's quick and works for me.
