I don't expect anything anymore, but the probability that books will be among the presents is pretty much 100%.

Does the Silmarillion count? That, and probably A Christmas Carol, by Charles Dickens.

Hah, I'd imagine I am slightly less cynic as I am younger, but otherwise same answer. The only thing I look forward to would be the end of Christmas decorations and commercials everywhere.

TPBM favourite type of tea?

All of it haha! If I had to pick one, it would probably be Moria or Rivendell.

Sam, but everyone else in the Fellowship too. And Bilbo. And Faramir and Eowyn.

TPBM - how is/was your weekend?
My blog ensanguining the skies. how heavily it dies. into the west away; past touch and sight and sound. not further to be found, how hopeless under ground. falls the remorseful day.

I had a working weekend, had to finish lots of lab reports for college, but my mother made pumpkin soup (one of my favourite things ) on Sunday, so at least the food was great.

I don't generally do much on New Years. I will likely watch the ball drop on Times Square and watch some TV.

Same as every year: carp soup with croutons, followed by carp in 'black sauce' (grated gingerbread, prunes, raisins, almonds, beer and other stuff) with bread dumplings. Yum. Image

TPBM same question.

The traditional fare: turkey, wild rice dressing, brussel sprouts, mashed potatoes, mashed parsnip and carrots, gravy (of course) .... topped off with my Christmas trifle.

TPBM - Now that the bustle of Christmas is over, what are you planning for the final week of 2014?
