I didn't like the choice of Liv Tyler for Arwen, and specially that movie Arwen stole Glorfindel, the BALROG slayer's part, I mean how could PJ just make him disappear like that, not forgotten or forgiven.

I don't like movie Arwen, the book is lovable.

About Elrond, if he and Galadriel are about the same age, how come they cast an older actor for Elrond and Galadriel's actress must be younger? That's machism. I think Galadriel should have been older or Elrond younger looking as much as Celeborn.

I think that by 'aging' Elrond, they wanted to show that Elrond is only a half-elf and has human blood, as opposed to the full-blooded Elf Galadriel.
