You lucky UK folks can participate in the The Tolkien Society‘s celebration of the 50th anniversary of the publication of The Lord of the Rings. They are planning a 5 day conference/convention–as yet, prearations are at an early stage, but they hope to put on an event that will be fun and provide plenty of opportunities to discover more about The Lord of the Rings and other aspects of Tolkien’s life and works!
