I'ma propose something radical.

maybe we ditch the order? Like, keep it somewhat organized, but not with a specific order...

whaddya think? It just feels like it's lagging the whole thing and it's making conversations take for flippin' ever.

I'm definitely liking that idea. I've been in a lot of rpgs that didn't have posting orders and things went okay. But it's Maerwyn's call.

(I think next in order was either Passe or...someone else)

I'd say I'd go, but there's not too much Nil can do right now except actually fall into the well...

Which I might have happen to her anyway. Having someone haul her shivering and wet out of the well would be kinda amusing.

I'm not on a lot currently since I have v. limited internet access, though that's getting fixed in the coming week.

and I have a post ready... Nil falls in the well. Poor girl. So, in the previous posts, she hears all the others, but I can go back and edit them to where she only hears/sees Rukh.

I return to the world of the living... For the most part. Sorry I haven't been on in a while. I'm in VR training so it has been taking a bit of my time away from me. I'll try to post more often now since the introduction to it all is over now. Seeing as the posting order is now abolished, I'll hop to it right now!

Passe, glad to have you back. I was getting worried!

I have an idea, i hope this isn't too bold. If it is, then forget about it. But Nimthir and Beriors relationship is finally KIND of getting somewhere, but I was thinking of something that could just give it that push off that it needs.

There could be a band of orcs, and the fellowship falls upon them. They fight, they kill the orcs, but Berior gets seriously wounded. Nimthir will be at his side when he is wounded but the pressure will always be there, what if he were to die before she told him how she really felt. So that leaves her but one choice... tell him how she really feels, and hope for the best in case he wasn't to survive.

And here is the catch, he DOES end up surviving. Which leaves her with another, but one choice. To confirm to him how she feels when he is really back to himself again.

How does that sound Berior?

Let me know if its a terrible idea. Just throwing it out there.

I'm going out of town/am out of town and will be until the 22nd or so. I might be able to update, might not... sadly, I cannot make promises, but this is my official granting of permission to move Nil around and give her a few lines, provided it's in character...

I think that sounds like a pretty good idea, Maerwyn. 'Twould probably work well.

Ok awesome Passe... I will see if I can get Rukh to see a band of orcs and report back to Nimthir, then the fight begins. You might want to mull over some ideas on how berior is going to feel and or respond to her, because its going to be a spur of the moment kind of thing. And then when he survives, they are both going to have to fess up.

And Oreada too, moving is always chaotic lol believe me i know. So good luck with that and i hope it all goes well.
