My apologies for not posting when I said I would...it has been a rough couple of days, but Gimli will be written for. Question, who is writing for Hingaer? I have no problem doing it, but I fear to write for Eowyn, Eomer, Gimli, Hingaer, and Thyrin's family would be too much for me. I can post an intro, but beyond that, I'm not sure I could do everyone justice.

Hingaer probably wouldn't get much "screeplay" right now anyways, since he is mostly in the background until his plans get found out. He is going to be present for the council... Maybe we could just share him for now, or something? At least until later, and he becomes a major character.

I love the idea!

My week will be much better...I work as an editor for online courses, and we were up to our necks in working through problems and troubleshooting. Our classes launched on Friday. All is now well with the world!

I had almost finished my post when I discovered my character already in others post. I was working on a different way of bringing him in so I guess the best thing to do is not to disrupt the story line and let Legolas be used freely. Cheers.

Here's another thought as I'm musing. During the separation of Arnor, it was split into three kingdoms, Arthedain, Cardolan, and Rhudaur. We have two lords who are in charge of restoring these areas, would it make sense to have a third? Just more musings...

Stella, instead of using my bad girl Rodwen, since I am not really sure where I should bring her in (she could always be used later in the story but at this point I am not quite sure if she is needed) could I bring in a servant girl Delaina who could tend to everyone in Gondor Pippin, Aragorn, ect even Hingaer? Maybe she could over hear things? Just an idea, but doesn't have to be used.

Maybe Faramir and Legolas could be like Hingaer, we could write for them as need be. If truly needed though I might be able to write for Faramir. He is staying in Gondor with the King Aragorn at the moment right?

Since I am already writing for Aragorn, I could do Faramir too. It would be easy for me. Unless Lily wants to take him.

Or we could just have him on free reign. I think we should do that for Legolas, since he is not a major character now. (Unless someone else wants him to be).

Okay, so a post is almost done.

But, I realized that there is a time crunch for having the council meeting. It would have taken Hingaer a long time (probably a week or two) to get to Minas Tirith. Thyrin would be just as long. The purpose of the council is to discuss the happenings between Rohan and Gondor, correct? The attack on Rivendell is only secondary (i.e. not the primary reason the council was called), right? If not, there's a timing issue. Just wanted to make sure!

Ya I saw the time thingie too. Hingaer is technically already in Minas Tirith. Perhaps they just had super fast horses? Ferrari horses?

I could change all the references to the "three day" thing in my posts, if needed. I can have Aragorn call it to meet in 2 weeks.
