The one from his valedictory address 1959, in "The Monsters & The Crirics etc.":
(Lucky me, found it in " >> Prancing Pony >> favorite quotes?", don't have to retype the whole thing )
“But dullness should be confessed with humility. And I have therefore felt it a grievance that certain professional persons should suppose their dullness and ignorance to be a human norm, the measure of what is good; and anger when they have sought to impose the limitations of their minds upon younger minds, dissuading those with philological (I add: or any other) curiosity from their bent, encouraging those without this interest to believe that their lack marked them as minds of a superior order.”

TPBM - same question.

Ooh, this is tough. Too many to choose from!

"All we have to decide is what to do with the time that is given us" is an old favorite, as is "I don't know half of you half as well as I should like; and I like less than half of you half as much as you deserve."

The only one I visit seriously is CoE (next is Wikipedia E and G); I don't consider it a waste of time, but some third parties (wife ...) might consider it so. (Image to them, I say!)

COE and Lego.com. That's really all. Oh, and AskFRED.net. It's an acronym for Fencing Results and Events Database.

Fanfiction.net is great for wasting time. Figure skating forums come second.

A tie between Boston and Vienna. It's unbelievable how tidy and orderly the latter is, makes me want to scream when I see how 'well' our capital is taken care of. Image

Nothing special, except when as in this year my 1987/88 "information year" group from within the company once again meets in the fall - for the 26th straight year since 1989, our first anniversary meeting (we organize this privately, company has no involvement in these meetings).
