Most likely in The Shire. And maybe Lothlorien. I can never pick between those two places.

Rivendell: Because I love waterfalls and dwellings that blend in with nature.

Close second Rohan. love the celtic culture and horses- pity they don't love me.

In Rivendell. Far from the madness, surrounded by a great library and able to get into the woods to roam and explore (especially with handsome Rangers).

Second choice - restoring the library in Osgiliath, with part-time work at the Houses of Healing in Gondor.

I chose Lothlorien, but actually would have chosen (a) option(s) that would be not so obvious. There are several parts of Middle Earth that are hardly known, like where the ents, the easterlings live, etc. Would be nice to explore such places!

I would DEFINITELY live with the elves...Rivendell or Lothlorien. They're such beautiful, breathtaking places!

(of course, Legolas would have to move in from Mirkwood! )

For me, it'd have to be Minas Tirith, under the reign of King Elessar the Peace-bringer.

I've heard of the libraries in the capitol of Gondor and would be fascinated to leaf through the many books there.

The architecture of the building is amazing as well. I could easily get lost in there, spending a day wandering along.

If not that, then the Golden Hall of Edoras. I find the culture of the Rohirrim fascinating as well.

I would personally live in the shire...

I would live in the Shire because, its green and very natural, very bright and a pleasant way to live. The house are great and they have no buisness or worries about other folk and it would be a very relazing place to live....

It was between mirkwood and Gondor. In the end I choose Mirkwood just because I had to choose.

yeah, Rivendell is soo pretty. But even though I like that place, the forest of Lorien is for me. It was either that or Rohan.

I voted for Lothlorien, but I would love to live in Rivendell too, or Ithilien, after Legolas takes the Elves there. :love:

i voted Rivendell, but i think i'd go for Rohan in stead

Hmmm a very hard decision.
While Gondor would be pleasant under the rule of Aragorn, it's also very close to Mordor and even though it's destroyed...I dunno.

I love Rohan, I think it's got that rustic, homey touch. Not to mention all the men. But, while I love Horses, I'd be scared of all the horse poop that I'd have to watch out for.

Rivendell is beautiful, but I would feel unworthy of staying there so long...

I think I would have to choose the shire. I want to live in a hobbit hole, and I like walkin' barefoot ;D
