Where are all the tall 5'7 and up people from? I know in America the average is 5'4 for women and like 5'7 for men.

Dude, my 14/15 year old half sis is taller than me! She's 5'7. I'm 21 and only 5'5. :cry:
Maybe she can come live with me and I can pay her to look out my door's peephole when the doorbell rings. I have to stand on my tippy toes to see anything.
... Or maybe I can convince Legolas to get me a box... :evil:

I'm only 5' 2". You think you have to look up? There are a few people at my school that are 7".They make me feell like a hobbit sometimes. :blush:


I haven't read all the pages yet, but has anyone else realized what this says? 7 inches tall?! Wow, now THAT is all time shortie record. :crazy:

I know how you feel! I was 169.5 cm for a long time as well. But then I started doing yoga and stretching exercises which made me grow a couple of mm. So now I'm 1.70 and can touch the ceiling with my fingertips:disco:

I'm 154cm which is about 5'1 I think... Sometimes it's not fun to be this short but mostly it is.

I'm a midget - 18 years old and only 5'2. All my friends are really tall though so they like to make fun of my height and call me a hobbit

I like being small though, it's very 'cute' according to a friend of mine.

I am about 5 feet and 11 inches tall....I am tall for a hobbit....even taller than Bullroarer....and I definitely can ride a pony.....but hey....I am currently trying to grow some beard anyhow....so I am an original hobbit....

I'm 5'5". Taller than my mom by 2-3", I should think. Hmmm... How tall do you have to be in order to be considered "tall" (for a girl)? I have no idea...

Well back in 79 I was mesured at 5'5.5' so that 'ill do for now...
Per is 6'2" so he has to bend down to kiss me he doesn't seem to mind
my height or lack therof...
Elves can be soo kind about that type of thing!:heart:

I find the major disadvantage with my height is that when I go to my University library to get books out I have to read for class I can never reach the top shelf. Even with those step ladders they give you. It's really, really embarassing! I usually have to find someone tall and ask them to get it down for me. :blush: It's the same at the supermarket.

If it helps, its just as embarrassing for the person being asked to reach things from the top shelves. Believe me, I know. Once a short security guard even asked me to get something down from a shelf for him! Which is funny, because I'm 15 and female.
