You're supposed to tell us about the character, place, object, arrow. One word answers are insufficient. LOL

Morgul-knives- The cursed knives used by the Nazgûl had strange and terrible properties, and the wounds they dealt could do far more than injure their victims. If a Ringwraith were able to pierce the heart of a mortal with his knife, that mortal would become enslaved, and transform over time into a lesser wraith. The enchanted blade of a Morgul-knife would fade away into the air if it was taken from its owner, but the evil magics inscribed on its hilt would still retain some of their power.

Thingol - With Melian, Thingol founded the woodland realm of Doriath in the central regions of Beleriand, and there ruled the Sindar for many years.

Thingol's doom came upon him when Beren brought him a Silmaril from Morgoth's crown as the bride-price of his daughter Lúthien. He summoned Dwarves from the Blue Mountains to set the jewel in the Nauglamír, the Necklace of the Dwarves, but the Dwarves became so enamoured of their work that they slew Thingol in his own treasury.

"Elves-of-the-Crested-Waves", more familiarly "Sea-Elves." A name given in Aman to those of the Telerin Elves who came first across the Sea, by way of Eressëa, to the Undying Lands, on whose shores they afterwards dwelt, at Alqualondë: the People of Olwë.

A lesser tributary of the River Sirion, that rose in the heights of Dorthonion and flowed westward to meet the Sirion at the Fen of Serech.

The forest-clad uplands of northern Beleriand. It was abandoned after the Battle of Sudden Flame except for Barahir and his band, and entirely so after Beren, last survivor of this band, escaped south into Doriath, there meeting Lúthien. At about this time Dorthonion became known as Taur-na-Fuin. Gondolin was in the south-west corner.

Father to Rían and so great-grandfather of Eärendil the Mariner; he lived with the outlaw band of Barahir in Dorthonion, and was slain there by the creatures of Morgoth.

The name taken by Hallacar in his guise of a shepherd when wooing the later Tar-Ancalimë, his later wife, first Ruling Queen (and seventh ruler) of Númenor and daughter (and only child) of Tar-Aldarion.

A desert region commonly called South Gondor, that lay beyond the River Poros fromGondor itself, and extended southwards for some two hundred miles, until its southern border was defined by the River Harnen.

A large, fertile, well-populated valley, situated high in the White Mountains between the source of the river Morthond and the Hill of Erech. Also known as the Blackroot Vale.
