Son of Marhwini of the Northmen, Forthwini was an early lord of the people who would become known as the Éothéod. Forty or more years after his father's counterattack on the Wainriders, Forthwini received intelligence that these old enemies of his people were preparing for war once again, and indeed his Northmen suffered raids in their southern lands, from both the Forest and the Great River. Forthwini sent warning to the Northmen's old ally, Gondor, now ruled by Calimehtar's son Ondoher, and thus set in action the chain of events that would lead to the final destruction of the Wainriders in the Battle of the Camp.

Since you didn't post a name, I will use Finrod.

Finrod Felagund: Eldest son of Finarfin and Eärwen; and brother to Galadriel, Orodreth, Angrod, and Aegnor. Founder of Minas Tirith in the Pass of Sirion, and builder of the great citadel at Nargothrond on the River Narog. He went with Beren on the Quest of the Silmaril, and was lost in the pits of Sauron on Tol-in-Gaurhoth.

A Prince of Nargothrond, son of Guilin, whose rage at the mistreatment of his brother Gelmir started the first assault of the Noldor and Edain at the Nirnaeth Arnoediad. He was captured in that battle, but later escaped and led Túrin Turambar to Nargothrond.

I am fire. I am death.

.... also known as the horror of Morgul.

A power, or effect, employed by the Nazgûl to overcome their enemies. The exact nature of the Black Breath is open to question, but it induced not only a terror but a real injury on the victim. Merry was overpowered by it in Bree, but was rescued before he could be seriously affected. In Minas Tirith, Faramir was less fortunate, and the Black Breath brought him to the edge of death before he could be revived. The plant athelas was effective in relieving Morgul-wounds of all kinds, including the power of the Black Breath.

The magical substance known as ‘starmoon’

A magical substance made by the Elves from mithril, that could only be seen by the reflected light of the moon and stars, and even then remained hidden until a magical word was said. Gandalf translated its name as 'starmoon', but 'moon-sparkle' would perhaps be a more literal rendering. The designs on the West-gate of Moria were made from this substance.

There are two Glóins so I'm assuming the Glóin you mean Glóin the companion of Bilbo.

Son of Gróin, and father of Gimli Elf-friend, Glóin accompanied Gandalf and Bilbo Baggins on the Quest of Erebor and years later attended the Council of Elrond with his son.

The great horse of High King Fingolfin which he rode across the desert of Anfauglith after the Dagor Bragollach to the Doors of Angband, where in final despair he challenged Morgoth to single combat. Afterwards Rochallor was attacked by Morgoth's wolves and fled from the battlefield into the land of Hithlum where he died.

.... also known as the "Rainy Stair".

Dimrost was a cascading waterfall on the stream of Celebros, where it flowed down to meet the River Teiglin on the borders of Brethil. The tumbling falls raised a fine spray into the air, from which they took their name, which means 'Rainy Stair'. Above Dimrost, the Men of Brethil had constructed a wooden bridge to cross the Celebros.

From the bridge, a wide view could be seen, showing the Ravines of Teiglin two miles distant. When Níniel was first brought to Brethil, when she saw that view from the bridge, she started shivering uncontrollably - so much so that the name of Dimrost was changed to Nen Girith, the 'Shuddering Water'. It was only later that the cause of her prescient fear was discovered: the Ravines she had seen from the bridge would be the place of her tragic death.

A title for the seven Queens of the Valar: Varda, Yavanna, Nienna, Estë, Vairë, Vána and Nessa. The name 'Valier' only appears in the Valaquenta to describe the seven Queens - it is never used elsewhere.

"Morgoth loves Angainor"

It was the tallest tower of the Tower Hills and was built by Gil-galad of Lindon for Elendil in the earliest days of the North-kingdom. Within Elostirion, Elendil placed the Seeing-stone of Emyn Beraid, a palantír that allowed him to see back across the Great Sea into the West.

At the end of the Third Age, the Stone was removed from Elostirion and taken back into the West aboard the White Ship, but the Towers remained
