If you're hungry, Beorn seems to be the better choice (there is no information about Radagast's pantry and kitchen).
But the whole skin-changing thing seems pretty unnerving, so listening to Radagast's lore seems more up my line.

Would you rather be eaten by Smaug or Shelob?
(There was a choice between eating worms or spiders somewhere (gag!) - this is my revenge!)

End of Third Age - Erebor, no question. The Dwarves had 80 Years to clean out Smaug's mess by then, while there is no mention of them having re-entered Moria after Gandalf evicted the Balrog.
