The script is correct, though they have spelled it wrong...

Aragorn says, "Long have I eluded you..." (as in, long have I evaded you or escaped your notice)

Gotta love that Viggo. It takes a long time to be able to decipher that mumble

It looks simply amazing!! I am sooo excited! I cant wait! I love the part where Sam looks up at the stars.....its sooo sad!

no Ive tried to fit that into the gap, it just doesnt work...

it sounds more like endureded .... theres definately a "d" earlier on in the word

I agree with Gildor-Inglorion...it is "eluded". My system is clear too. I liked the part when Sam saw the star. I can't wait until Dec.14!

it's not very clear on my computer, but that's the only one that seems to make sense, so I agree that it's eluded.

I liked the part where Sam saw the star too, but my favorite part was the speech the Merry gave. :cry: I can't wait till the 14th, it is to far away.

Umm, I can hear what he is saying very, very clearly, and it is, for certain, eluded. hehe You can disagree all you like, that is what he is saying in his mumbly jumbly voice

the star part is so beautiful!! sam looks so...adorable idk and poor frodo!! i also lyk the merry speech it's sad when he says i wish i could see my friends again..OMG I CANT WAIT!! :cry::heart::cry:

OMG, can't wait until the tenth.... Perfect day, both of my parents are going to two different Christmas Lunches, so it's only me and my brother, and he's probably gonna be on the computer all day, so I'm gonna be on the TV all eve, if you copy!!

Guys outside Europe and Australia and NZ, I feel really sorry for you, I truly do, I'll not say a word about it until the 14th, so I won't spoil anything!! Except maybe say that it's (obviously) really good!!!!!:love::love:

The script for RotK TE? You can find that one right here on CoE. We will also have the script for the EE as soon as it comes out and we are able to get it up

Actually, I understand it will play during the HoH scene. I have downloaded it and it sounds really nice....I think I have listened to it about five times for the day and numerous times yesterday. Its in english but it sounds very elvish..and very serene.

Okay, look on this page. At WOTR, a fellow member confirmed that it plays during the HoH...in the song you can hear drippings...like the wringing of a cloth...perhaps like Aragorn healing Eowyn...Anyway, the clip for the song is on the following page:

Hello. Those on the Northeastern coast of the US might want to start paying attention...there are actually a couple of stores in Manhattan in NYC who have been selling the ROTK EE for several days now. Read more about it here:

I got EE today! Woohoo! :rolling: Haven't watched the entire movie, but there's a lot of new stuff and the Minas Tirith sculpture is really nice too, only it's grey!

For those interested:

There will be a section on Tolkiens languages complete with sound clips and comparisons to real languages. I have... uh.... a source shall we say...

I've know for a few months now but I figure since people have been getting the EE early it wouldn't hurt to mention it now.

Ok, maybe I'm not the only one, but I just felt like "bragging". I got the DVD today, three days before the official releade date here in Norway.

My opinions about it (SPOILERS!!!!):





- The houses of healing were quite disappointing. Aragorn didn't even use Athelas, although I think I saw an Athelas bush in the background.

- Druadan Forrest wasn't included. Quite a shame.

- Sauron's eye was still a "searchlight," and Mordor was still way to small. The distances in all the three films are way too short anyway...(not that I had expected this to be changed in the EE, but it's still disappointing)

- Théodens pep-talk was improved. "Arise, arise, riders of Théoden..." was included. Very good!

- Aragorn killed the Mouth of Sauron. Shame on you PJ!

- Saruman was killed by Grima in Isengard. No cleansing of the Shire or anything. (But most people already know this I think)

- Merry swearing his oath to Théoden was included in the EE.
- Frodo and Sam had to march with the Orcs to Isenmouthe. It lengthened the short and compact scenes in Mordor, but it seemed like the distance from Cirith Ungol to Isenmouthe was only a few hundred metres.

Well, I think I've mentioned most of the new/extended scenes of importance now.

Oh yeah, the Army of the Dead's attack on Lebennin is included. Note Peter Jackson getting hit by Legolas's arrow. (He's standing behind the captain on an Umbar-ship)

Thanks to Aldariel22, I got mine yesterday and I watched it last night. I agree with the previous post, the HoH was disappointing because it was extremely short. Its nothing like the book. I dont want to say too much. The E/F romance was extremely short but nevertheless beautifully done. Lots of details were added...but I am not going to spoil it for you guys.
