Nice posts, guys. Are we doing a posting order or should I just jump in?

I think there's supposed to be an order, but it's working out to more of a guideline. I'm posting whenever Lassie really needs to do something.

Ok. I'm going to post an intro for Cara before the story gets much farther.

I have an idea for Raegon's plan, if you don't mind, Ninimelle.

Raegon could use Piper as bait for getting Lassie, because he could tell Piper to find Lassie, and then the group of men could follow and then capture both hobbits. Just saying.

OR, Raegon could raid the Shire, as did Sharky's men.

It's never been said how many Men are with Raegon, but considering the fact they crossed the border so close to Buckland without anyone knowing implies there aren't a terrible lot of them. That would make an open raid unlikely. Using Piper as bait is nastier and more in line with Raegon's character as I understand it.

Anyway, that's my two cent's worth of sticking my nose where it doesn't really need to be.

May I join?
I'm really new at RPG so excuse any mistakes.
I would be an elf, Erunis, who would be in the traveler's group.
If that's okay.

Harthad, I loved Piper's retelling of the Quest! The way she muddled names is so cute, especially where she couldn't remember if Aragorn had married Galadriel or Arwen. And the way Piper talked about Lassie is almost exactly how I'd imagined things.

I'll post again soon as Rosson or Wraithy's character does something. Lassie can't do much right now except tell everyone to hurry up again.

yes, I thought you would like it. It's so typical of little kids to do that, isn't it? I was going to pm you about that actually, asking if you liked it. Thanks.

How does one quote one short line from some one else's post.
I can't seem to figure that out.
Here is my Character profile
Name: Erunis
Eye color: grey
Hair color: dark brown
weapons: bow and arrows, and knives
Personality: Once you coax her out of her shell she is very kind. She doesn't enjoy men very much but will put up with them. She has been bitter since the death of her brother.
Animals: A horse ,Miri, who is a friend and she doesn't 'own'
I hope I got it all!

Well, you click the quote button and then delete anything you don't want the quote to say. Yes, your profile's fine.

He's a she, btw.

Yep, I've been following the thread and am thinking of a mercenary character. I'm working on his bio right now, but he should be in the db tomorrow!

It will be wonderful to RP with you all!

Alright so here is Dirbalch, my baddie. I'm hoping he'll join the Rulers Supreme but is in it for his own gain.

Dirbalch is Sindarin for "cruel gaze".

Thank you! I'm thinking of giving him a "flaw" so he doesn't seem completely bad---I really want him to refuse to kill women or children. What do you think?

But Piper's a kid. . . . .girl. Young hobbit lass. Oh! Raegon and Dirbalch can have an argument! Hm.

I like that idea! And it's not that he has a "heart"; maybe he just knows from experience that messing with women and children brings vengeful families...hm...

Well, that was unexpected. And fast. Dirbalch just gagged and tied Piper up! In a matter of seconds! I'm still laughing at the way you did that.

I believe that in the thread Lassie is talking to you, Rosson. . .

Can someone please post, signifying they would like to continue? Because Piper's getting a little tired of getting captured.

Yeah poor Piper...
