Except for Shadowfax with Gandalf, the Mearas only allowed the Kings of Rohan to ride them, so fat chance for me, and that leaves the Oliphaunt.

WYR have Hobbits with bows or Orcs with clubs, axes, swords and the like as allies?

I'm not old enough yet but I have tried Elderberry wine. It was nasty So I will try Barliman's ales.
