Occasionally. But with our CoE chatroom apparently disabled, it may become a problem to do so.

TNP is active on Twitter.

Lord no! I was persuaded to get an account but I only tweeted once and never used it again.

TNP uses a chat forum other than the one on this site.

No. But I'd love one. Anything but a bug I'd keep as a pet.

TNP likes cats

No. I have TV thingies both in my tower and in my notebook, but receiving a signal via antenna is close to impossible due to an unfortunate alignment of our apartment building (our TV is plugged into cable, and in our apartment in the previous city we lived in I was able to do the same for my older tower PC, but unfortunately not here)

TNP receives their TV program via satellite.

TNP has been south of the equator.

No, I haven't. I hope to ride one some day, though.

TNP has ridden a motorcycle or scooter.

I've had a few BFs over the years who had motorcycles. I loved riding on them. It gives you an odd sense of total freedom.

TNP has been face-to-face with a cow.

Yes, quite a few times actually. Had an uncle with a farm. Been up close to cows before for sure.

TNP had a cousin run over them with an ATV while at their uncle's farm.

As far as I know, none of my uncles have a farm. Judging by a Google Images search, an ATV is what I would call a quad bike. I haven't actually seen one before, and certainly haven't been run over by one! I suppose you have been?

TNP has driven a Twister buggy through thick mud.

I haven't driven anything through thick mud, never mind a vehicle which rings no bells with me.

TNP has been to a mountain top exceeding 10,000 feet.

Nope, the highest pass I've crossed is the Kicking Horse pass in the Rockies which has an elevation of 5,339 feet. The Rockies themselves are much higher but, I'm no mountaineer so I won't be climbing them.

TNP has been mountain climbing.

The highest peak I have climbed on foot is the Pico Naiguatá near Caracas, Venezuela, at a bit under 9,100 feet (we started climbing at about 3,300 feet). The highest elevation I have reached with artificial means is the top of the Grande Motte glacier of the mountain of the same name in the Savoy region of France, with skis, at over 11,400 feet.

TNP believes that the Yukon River is the longest river in the world.

Twister buggies might be rarer than I thought. They look like this. Ringilswrath, it turns out that they're a kind of ATV - I wouldn't want to get run over by one!

I'm pretty sure the Nile River is the longest in the world.

TNP owns a desk globe (a spherical world map, if my language isn't clear enough).

Yes, unforunately I was run over by an ATV. By grace and miracle alone I suffered no broken bones or severe lacerations. Just deep scrapes across both shins and calves. Lost the hair on my legs!

I do not own a desk globe, which as I think about it, that's rare, because I usually own one. Hmmm, better fix this.

TNP wishes to go into space.

TNP has read through the dictionary just to learn some new words.

I have looked at random pages of the dictionary just to learn some new words - it can be quite amusing, sometimes.

TNP can read IPA symbols (they're used in dictionaries to show the pronunciation of a word).

That statement would be a massive exaggeration, to say the least (I skipped reading the poems in LoTR for at least the first handful of my readings of it!).

TNP is a huge fan of the Garfield comic strip (owning all currently available booklets of it).

I am in fact a huge fan of Garfield, but I don't currently own all the books, but have thought about picking some up.

TNP wakes up everyday in a good mood.

I have assembled several Ikea shelves and cupboards - so, obviously no, because that's my limit.

Speaking puristically, anything besides tomato-something (NOT ketchup!!!) and cheese means the pizza-baker stinks. My favorite is still a well-made basic pizza (admittedly with a double cheese helping when I can get it).

TNP has a favorite type of edible potato.

No, I very rarely eat desserts anymore (today - or now yesterday - in an Italian restaurant with a friend of ours was a rare exception).

TNP has a favorite architectural style.
