Be still my beating heart! okay, okay, i know that there is probably a topic like this somewhere, but i wanted to post one too, so ! j/k anyways...so i know who hate's Legolas, but who here is a die-hard fanatic???(besides me!)

I don't hate Legolas one bit. He was an integral, important part of the Fellowship. Excellently skilled in archery and knife-work. Fair of face as well. Looks nice in tights. But...he just doesn't send me the way Elrond does!

I profess to having a crush on Legolas since I read the books. Crushes on fictional characters. But then when I found out Orlando Bloom was to play him in the movies...I was a happy duck. I've liked Orlando Bloom since about...mid-1999, when I saw Wilde. Thought that Rentboy was foxy, I did I did.

hehe, didn't expect to see me here did you?

anyway, I liked Book Legolas very much!!!

I did not like Movie Legolas one bit - too chilly and ... mmm... well, not good

BUT I have - since I bought the DVD - developed a small crush on the Intrigued Bird Look Legolas has when he looks at the dying Boromir

so.. mm...

well. i used to hate legolas. actually despised him, but that was only because one of my friends went on about Legolas, and Orlando Bloom all the bloody time, it twas very annoying, but then when i got the DVD, and started to watch things when Viggo Sean B and Orlando are all taking the piss outta each other tis funny, and then i didn't hate him anymore, he's kewl. o then he does this thing when he pretends the he's a cat

HAHAHAHAHA, if you've seen Orlando Bloom extra footage, i think that you'll know what i'm talking about.

I must say: GO LEGOLAS! GO ORLANDO! I had never heard about Orlando before LOTR.. And I was in for a very pleasant surprise when I saw the very very very beatiful, blond elf in Rivendell :drool: I just CAN NOT see enough of that elf (or Haldir, but that's another story.. I just can't choose which of them I like best.. :dizzy: )
I must say that I think I qualify for the title "PEF"..

And, by the way, I might need a towel..

well, I think that Orlando Bloom as a person is pretty cool and looks like he'd be a fun guy to 'ang around. I really thought the book Legolas was cool, but the movie Legolas was even cooler and admitably I've developed a slight mancrush on him...and now if you'll exuse me I'm gonna go jump off my roof :cry:

I loved Legolas' character. I wasn't much for him in FotR, but that did a complete 180 when I came to the scene in TTT where he stuck up for Gimli against Eomer.

hmm...I'm actually not too sure, I don't even know where or who I got the site from, the only thing I remember was it was a loooong list of them and when I was looking at it I was also patheticly watching Road Rules...and what that has to do with the link...I have no clue.

now i have to admit..i had NO CLUE as to who Orlando Bloom was until i saw LOTR, and i am still reading the first book! i like it lots! and hios character is AWESOME! I want to lear Archery lots! The first time i saw Legolas..i was like "OMGosh! he is SOOO HOT!!!!!" and i kept asking a friend what his name was so i wouldnt forget it!LOL!
But hes still the hottest guy out there!(well..acctually my future husband will probably be #1)

So......yeah i like Legolas and he does look good in tights!

Sad but true, I'm afraid. It's just the easiest way to reference key moments/speech in such a large book. I can't be the only one, surely!

How about changing my sig to...
