I read somewhere that when we mix our races, the children becomes more beautiful. Have forgotten why, but I know someone in here that must be quite good looking! :love:

Well, we are all beautiful! Aren´t we?

I have a strange wish...what about if we could meet up and go to the Bilbo movie premiere together? It is far ahead, and maybe impossible, but I felt that I had to plant the thought anyhow!

Maybe in Gothenburg? Or Malmoe? Oslo? Where do we live?

That would be so much fun! I am able to get to Gothenburg! (=Göteborg) I am not so sure of my mom will help me to go to Malmö, but if someone is passing by, maybe this person will pick me up? The same goes for the other cities/towns. I am thrilled by the idea! Great one!

We definitely are...!

Wonderful idea, Orangeblossom! I'll be living in Lund (hopefully) by the time of the premier, so both Malmö and Göteborg are possibilites for me! Oslo is a bit far away (moneywise), but if I knew I was going far ahead, I might be able to make it... But preferably a bit closer...

Where in Norway are you from, btw? Just out of curiosity.


A bit of news update from me. I got accepted to Lund's University a month ago, have found me a dorm room, which I went over to see Thursday (looks pretty good, very nice bathroom). Moving next weekend, as class begins next monday. Very excited but also a bit scared/nervous, as I'm about to move away from friends and family... Oh well, I just have to get used to it, all new things are frightening in the beginning... But I am also looking very much forward to begin studying again, I've missed it. Will study History, btw, if you were wondering.

Lossendiliel: Probably... Rottne lies somewhere in between road 23 and road 30... Rottne is actually marked out on both those roads...

Hehe, yeah, probably why I recognized it... We've driven to visit my grandparents many times in Stockholm, and a few times we've taken one of these roads...

Hey, I agree with you. Glorfindel should have been in the movie.
I would also mention that I do not like that Haldir died in the movie. (It did not happen in the book.)
Finally, I will just say that I'm from Norway and I like Legolas he is so cool.

Hello! I'm Norwegian too! I speak Norwegian, English and a bit German. I'm learning Latin (and also German) at school and really want to learn Icelandic and Japanese. I can understand and speak(somewhat) Swedish and Danish. I also understand a bit Icelandic(and also some Japanse, not much). I can also speak some Icelandic, but most singing and phrases. I can also sing in Japanese.

Hello! I'm Finnish and i think that's nordic enough to post here i can speak Finnish (haha naturally), English, little Swedish and German. And hopefully soon i will be able to say something in Elvish (Quenya) too
