I am so excited I did not know the Hobbit movie is coming out December 19,2006. I saw a trailer about it at You Tube. It has Gandalf from LOTR and Gollum, and of course Bilbo and is directed by Peter Jackson. :disco: It looks so good.

Hi Sindy,laundry yuck,YuTube all right!

Swabby, My goodness I guess you did learn your lesson. You did not have alot to occupy your time. did you?

Neenime live long and prosper to my friend. I loved that site HT gave us I could just kiss her  but I will give her a hug instead. Thank you for Anniversary wishes.

Morwin thanks for anniversary wishes. Have a nice day yourself.

Scots thanks for sharing I really liked it would have liked it more if Eomer was in the clip.

Have a good day.

Yipeeeee! Hobbit movie! What A Christmas present that will be! I'm just giddy with excitement.

You are right Awelyn, about me not having much to occupy my time back then. I had to create my own fireworks without the benefit of firecrackers. Sometimes ya just have to make do with whatya got. Oh, and about girls kissing girls, that's A-OK with me. No problems here. Just smooch away. Swabby

Since swabby said that it was a-okay with him, here's a kiss for you awelyn on your CoE anniaversary. So glad that you are here!

Thanks for the link to SCA, vicarcat. I'm going to do some more investigation, once things get settled at school.

Sounds like you got some great LOTR goodies, mith. That's something I never get tired of receiving.

Acorns fermenting in their holes, swabby??? Doesn't sound very pleasant, precious. Not very pleasant at all!!! No wonder the entwives, at least the Arkansas "branch", are lost.

Love the youtube site, scots and HT. Don't have enough time to explore as much as I'd like to. All I have to say about raining men is that I wish a thunderstorm like that would float right over my head.

Someone at school brought this song entitled the Teacher's Anxiety Song, lyrics by Eric Baylin and sung to the tune of When Johnny Comes Marching Home.

School is just around the bend, oh no! Oh no!
I've to get my act in gear, I know! I know!
I've started having those dreams at night.
I'm never ready;I'm never right.
Teachers have anxiety in the fall.

They're coming soon and I don't have a clue, a clue.
About the class and what we're going to do, to do.
My mind and soul are still at the beach,
By mid-November I'm ready to teach (Amen!)
Teachers have anxiety in the fall.

They all come slouching into class. They're bored, they're bored.
They roll their eyes, they yawn and I'm ignored, ignored!
Their summers were great. They all have tans.
They aren't impressed with my lesson plans.
Teachers have anxiety in the fall.

Say a prayer for me tomorrow because I'm anxious about one of my students and how things will go. We're going to see if he can "handle" the regular classroom.
Off to bed and try to sleep, beacuse...teachers have anxiety in the fall.

Not much to post...
I worked out my sore muscles from yesterdays work in the park
by working in the community garden...
I did get another 3 miles in on my walk so I've 29 miles to Rivendell...
then off to LothLorien...

The only problem with being able to see Elves clearly is...
that the Humans all look blurry and unreal...
And no I don't need glasses.

I wonder... If people could see the ethereal in the everyday
would they stop treating the world like a trash dump?

Just because you live with Elves does not mean you are an Elf...
from The Cats of Rivendell.

MT your on my prayer list...

Awelyn and Swabby, the Hobbit trailer on YouTube is just a hopeful fan creation (sorry to disappoint you, if you thought that it was real).

School starts here on the 15th - there will be quite a job to get the older daughter back to the normal, she's been sleeping 'til the afternoon and going to bed in the wee hours for the part of her vacation that she's spent at home. :dizzy:

Tomorrow, it's Friday, and the weekend ahead...

Aw Morwin, I am so gullible. Oh darn, it looked so good. I am sorry Swabby. I will keep my fingers crossed.

MTMS, I loved the poem it was a hot. I hope everything goes well with that student. I said a prayer for you.

Keep up the good work Cat. I have got to get back to walking. You are inspiring me.

I have to go do some errand. We have had a heat wave for three days with temps 105 F or more that is not heat index that is true temps. So. I have to water my plants and some of my trees or they will die.

We are at last getting some relief from the heat. It only needs to be a bit overcast and it is quite cool. Our kids don't go back until 4th September. I was about to shout to Luthien my daughter that the Hobbit was coming out in December.....oh rats!

I don't know if this will help but I am joining a letter writing campaign to bring the Hobbit to fruition. You can add your signature to an on line petition at www.Petitiononline.com/hobfilm/ and they will also give you addresses of people you can mail letters that might be able to get this movie made while we are alive so that's what I am doing. It made me feel a little better. Swabby I felt exactly the same way as you.

OK I'm inserting a prayer request for a couple of friends of my
in the Ozarks... Raven Lisa and their baby boy need prayers.
Raven needs work that he can do...
If I lived within a hundred miles of them I'd drop off a care box
along with a cord of cut wood...
but alas I am on the West Coast.
Please pray for them...

Now for something totally different...

Sigh wish I could go to the Hobbit...
I have been waiting for the movie to come out...
I'll have to be satisfied with the cartoon for now...

I got a complement on my clothes today seems some folks
do like Elf clothes... even on a fat Half-Elf like me!

I keep walking but I haven't lost any weight, though my
waist is an inch smaller then it was in May.
I am contemplating sit-ups...

Wish I had some good news about the situation in Portland
but it is the same ol same ol on the Homeless scene.
No I haven't given up I just get tired sometimes...

I've finished the straps on a teal top now I've to find the rest
of the teal fabric to make the skirt portion and I'll then have
a teal Elf Gown... ok more a Fairy style gown...
I have too many projects but I 'm getting them done bit by bit.

Happy tomorrow as it will be the start of the weekend...
TGIF!

I am sending off my letters today. Yesterday I was so bummed so I pre-ordered the FOTR movie extended and theatrical version. I also saw a nice version of the Hobbit book. I also want to get the LOTR book that is leather bound. It is so nice and would be easier to handle because it comes in 3 separate books. The book I have now is all three in one book and it is hard to handle. I have my faces on the trees they look so cute. I finally have my LOTR posters up and slow but sure I am fixing up a middle earth sanctuary in our family room. I am almost finished reading the LOTR book for the third time.

Well today is my last day of vacation if you don't count the weekend.

Cat I am praying for your friends in the Ozarks.

I better go and eat breakfast. Have a nice day.

I signed the Hobbit movie petition Awelyn. I hope it does some good.

Where are our members? Have 90% of them been put in jail or something? Shall I have to acuse them of losing their love of Tolkien because of advancing age?

Have any of you seen the previews for the upcoming movie "Pathfinder"? It stars Karl Urban and looks really exciting. It's about vikings in America around the year 800 AD. Apparently A group of them were killed or disappeared for whatever reason and left A young boy behind who was then raised by the Indians. It looks like another group of vikings came later and the boy (now A man, hunky Karl) is A big bad butt-kicker who doesn't like vikings. That's the way it appeared to me, from watching the trailor, anyway. There are several "rhunestones" with viking writing on them in my local area, and experts say the writing is the kind used by vikings in the 800's. Interesting, huh? Have A terrific weekend all you jailbirds! Swabby

Swabby I don't know where the regulars are but I know MTMS is back at school and I think Scots is too. Mith is probably in the process of moving. That movie sounds really good. Don't you think the trailer to the Hobbit looked so professional? I thought it was quite good. How very interesting Vikings in Arkansas. When I was 9 we lived in east Alton Mo. and there was a huge depression at the back of my house. I thought at one time that there must have been a lake. I took shells to school and my teacher said they were shells you find at the beach by an ocean. When I was 9 I would imagine an ocean being in my back yard. It was my favorite place to play.
Have a good day and weekend.

I'm an impending grandma (daughter's in lab right now!) and will be flying to Denver to be with her over the weekend. Then, in September, hubby, son, and I will be driving there for a 2 wk visit. Ahh, computer access again have been at a staff retreat for 2 days lots of fun and learning but no computer and no time to check at home because of other tasks, so it's good to reconnect with all of you.

Hobbit movie? I wa starting to get all excited, but now you tell me it was wishful thinking? Say it ain't so!!!!

About the Yutube forgot to mention how absolutely hunky Haldir looks there. Forgot about that. As I said before, Mr. Parker is some actor if he can transform from cute little guy who looks about 21 into a definitely huggable, kissable, sweat-inducing warrior.

Urban movie? Oh yeah! Also très hunky. Viking movie sounds cool. Anyone know when it starts? Is there a web site?

Vicarcat that loss of inches suggests increased muscle, which will not show on the scale, but is still an indication of progress. Muscle burns more calories even when we sleep, than any other tissue. So, you go girl!

   to all!

Happy Friday! Busy today doing some thorough cleaning before the move and baked some chocolate zucchini bars. And I'm having company tomorrow, a good friend coming for the day and possibly overnight. Was not on-line yesterday as we went golfing then I did the grocery shopping. Next week will time to get things organized to take with us to Nebraska.

The weather has been absolutely perfect. Quite a breeze today, a bit chilly this evening. Rather reminds me of fall. (already!) :rolling:

Very interesting about the Vikings, Swabby. The movie sounds like a keeper. And while Karl is not the Ranger man, he certainly is easy on the eyes.

Hope all is well with all you teachers and that your orkling charges are behaving themselves. Perhaps wielding a toy sword will enlighten any who wander astray.

I'm off to watch Stargate SG1 and Stargate Atlantis, two favorite shows! Will try and check in over the weekend.

Squee! As of 10:30 p.m. MDT welcome Fianna Morgaine Lewis, daughter of Rachael Anne Brady and Mark Lewis (aka FFNH and Brago)! It was a bit grueling as her labor stalled at 6 cm dilated and they had to put pitocin on her, but my wise girl asked for an epidural and 4 hours later a beautiful little girl arrived. I'm off to the airport in a few minutes, but wanted to share with everyone. See you all Monday!

Congratulations, Belle. I know you won't read this until Monday. We want details how much did she weigh and how long was she? Did your daughter create that first name. Very pretty.

Mith when is your moving day? I have not been swimming in 2 days. It has been cloudy and raining some but it is just cloudy today so I might swim anyway.

I had a rewarding experience about three days ago. As part of my job I do screenings and informal vision and hearing checks. I had signed up a new mom and she was telling me her 17 month old could not speak. I ask if he had had many ear infections she said no. To make a long story short I guess Treebeard would say I am being hasty. I discovered he would not respond to sound when I tested his left ear. Well, the mom took him to her doctor and he got the same response. Mom called crying saying thank you and he was going to be going to a ped .ears ,nose and throat doctor in St. Louis. Now we will wait but mom knows now that there is a reason he is not talking and other things. I will help them and be there for the mom and child. I also sign and could teach him some simple ones but that is all premature there is many reasons why he is not hearing and the specialists will find out.

Neenime good to hear from you. I would like to take a online course but it is in English money do you know what the exchange would be in American money or somewhere online I could go to look it up? It is the course on the homepage of COE .
I love forming muscle because I knew that and now if I could get more muscle than fat.

Happy weekend to you all.

:disco: Congratulations, Belle! A granddaughter, how lovely. And the name...just beautiful! Again, congratulations.

No, I haven't gone missing; it's just the beginning of school. This week has been SO different from what I'm used to. So many meetings, so many children, so much to do (other teacher left with NO curriculum order placed and no clue as to what exactly she taught with, and holding another teacher's had while she had a minor meltdown. This all in the span of a week while trying to organize myself so that I have some semblance of knowing what the heck I'm doing on the first day of school on Mondy---which by the way I don't, so I'm heading BACK to school this morning. I have to admit that I was close to meltdown once myself and had to walk a bit and do the deep-breathing exercises. It's a bit much to be sure. But we had our Open House on Thursday night which went really, really well. This will be if not anything else, a challenging year. Lots of low kids and kids with horrid home problems, one who is a new mother , and oh, boy, I have the superintendent of schools son. I hope he thinks he made a good choice in me! *nerves starting again*

So, in a nutshell, I'm not avoiding, just not on the computer much due to so much going on. I did get my three LOTR posters up by my desk and I must say they look wunnerful if'n I do say so myself!

Take good care all.

I, I have survived........at least for the most part. Those first days in kindergarten can be killers. Thanks for the prayers, vicarcat. They most assuredly helped, as autistic child settled down a bit, after my aide (God bless her sweet soul) held him in his chair in time out in the resource room a time or two. Bi-polar boy (sounds like a super hero) didn't "go off" and had a good day.

What's thiis about a movie with vikings and Karl Urban, swabby ?? Like Mith said, Karl's no ranger, but he's not bad on the eyes. As for vikings, I've met one in my little town of Fairhope in the local coffee shop. Actually he's from the northern part of Netherlands. He stood to show me how tall, blonde, fair and blue eyed he is-telling me that was "viking blood" showing up. Next time I see him we're going to have a longer chat. He seemed very interesting.

Happy grandmotherhood, Belle !!! Glad to hear that both mother and baby are doing well. What a beautiful name she has. Enjoy the time with that new angel in the family. Remember to come back and tell us all about her.

What was wrong with me??? I forgot to take my sword to school those first days, Mith!! Maybe having "orcling cleaver" at my side would've made a difference. Might have to strap OC to my side come Monday morning....if I can sneak it in past the assistant principal's office.

How rewarding it is for you to have made a difference is a child's life, awelyn. It seems such a natural thing for you to do, though. Your helpful, caring spirit seems ever on the lookout to be there for others. May you be blessed in your blessing others.

Scots, breathe deeply now...inhale, exhale slowly. Breathe in..... out. Let the waves of panic flow over and around you....
Hope that helps. I'm there with you, sister. I'm exhausted, frustrated, irritated and wondering if an old gal like me should be doing this kind of job much longer.
I do see a little hope, and that's why I'm hanging there. Here's a little more of the Teacher Anxiety Song (to the tune of When Johnny Comes Marching Home:

They're coming to the classroom to evaluate.
They'll see through me and realize that I'm not so great.
I hear them whispering in the hall,
I see the writing on the wall.
Teachers have anxiety in the fall.

The parents start to call me at my home, my home.
They're angry and their mouths, they start to foam, to foam.
The grades I've given are so unfair,
I try to reason, but they don't care.
Teachers have anxiety in the fall.

I'm standing here in front of them, alone, alone.
They're pointing and they're giggling; oh, the class is blown.
I cautiously lower my eyes to glance;
I'm only wearing my underpants.
Teachers have anxiety in the fall.

It's only fall and June is far away, away.
I have to mark my calendar today, today.
A spring vacation I might take
But first I'll plan a Thanksgiving break.
Teachers have anxiety in the fall.

Enjoy your Saturday, dear FoF friends!!

Scots I agree with MTMS just relax. You know you are a great teacher and others will know that when they get to know you. You need the hands of the healer to give you peace. Now where is Aragon when you need him. I know it is so different for you but it will be okay.

MTMS, does the autistic child have his own aide? I had an autistic child in a class that I was an aide in and he had his own personal aide that wasn't her title but she was with him all day. She was fantastic and her expertise with autistic children was such a great help. You have a little guy that is Bi-polar?( does sounds like a super hero) Bless your heart. Hang in there and thank you for the kind words. It is very rewarding.

Everything is ready and have a little time before company arrives today.

Congratulations on your new granddaughter, Belle! That is such wonderful news and you must be so happy and excited. The little angel shares my last name, who knows, perhaps a distant relative?

Awelyn, that truly was a rewarding experience you had. How wonderful to know you've made a difference in a child's life. Your compassion and love is shining brightly, like letting your light show. Oh, and moving (or should I say departure day) is August 23.

Speaking of making a difference, I want to thank and commend all of the teachers here for their on-going efforts and dedication to making a difference in so many lives. Scots, will pray everything falls into place and that you will have a plan soon. Sounds like you have quite a challenge before you in more ways than one.

MT, thankfully you survived the first days. Has to be an added challenge having the disabled children as well. Did they keep your class size down? You need to keep your sword hidden as Bilbo did, only to be used in the utmost need. Or if the Orklings are escaping. Just thinking of the energy required in your position....wow...on the bright side, it will leave you fit for chasing Rangers. (Or Vikings)

Oh, and I loved the teacher poems! Would love to see a Swabby poem as well on that or whatever. Perhaps a Viking sailor clad as a ranger and riding his motorcycle.

Love and Hugs

Hi all,

I've been hiding amongst the shrubbery in my garden, hoping to avoid the S word. Awelyn, MTMS, and Scots bless your hearts. I don't start back until a week from Tuesday but it suddenly ocurred to me that I had planned to do all kinds of new and innovative lessons this summer and I haven't even opened my bookbag---it's exactly where I dropped it on June 7. UUUGGGHHHHHH!!!!!!!!! as Charlie Brown would say.

Awelyn, you get teacher of the year award. What a wonderful thing you did for that mom and her child!!!!
Belle, congrats on the new granddaughter!
Scots, if you need any resources or ideas just yell. I taught 8th grade LA for years and have 7th grade friends I can steal from.
Mith, I am a fan of SG and Atlantis also. I can't hardly wait until Gallactica begins again.
Swabby, looks like you will get some cool and wet relief from the heat. Good Viking searching weather.
Mith, how about your chocolate zucchini bar recipe? You have me drooling just thinking about them.

Back out to the garden to hide from the evil school trolls....

Congrats Belle you new grandaughter is a blessing I'm sure...

Thanks to all the teachers for making the quiet changes that
lead to a better world for all...

Oh my friend Keli send me this link to an Elf story...
It isn't Tolkiens work but it is nice just the same.
http://www.thranduil.net/
When you get to the page click on The King's Vinyard on
the left side...
The story runs 40 chapters but it is a good read and
resonates with the memories I have of Elves...

I am getting projects finished but not enough done to post
photos yet.

My walking is paying off in muscles I'm sure of it from the
way they ache after the long walks...
I have walked 440 miles since April so I might get to 600
before my classes start...
I would like to make it to LothLorien before fall term starts
as that would mean I might be closer to getting back into a
size 12 dress... as most of my patterns are in size 12.
Ok so I am a bit vain when it comes to clothes...

Hope Sunday is good for everyone!

Blessed Sunday, my friends. I hope that this day finds you all well. I'm trying to fit in everything that I need to in this one day and hope that I don't mess it up in the doing...hope you get my drift. I'm skipping church today (and I feel bad about that) so that I can go to school to finish my lesson plans/preparations for next week. Son and his fiance are coming over this pm, so I must be done with school stuff by that time. Evening won't give me enough time to get those things done. Did spend time at church yesterday listening to message on forgiveness and singing praises. Hopefully that will last me through the week.

Having those special students hasn't kept my numbers down, mith. I have 18 on roll, as do most of the other kindergarten classes (13 in all). Feel like hanging a sign on the office that says "No vacancies".

Keep your head down, sindy, so that you can remain hidden from those dreaded school trolls. They can wreck your piece of mind and destroy your pleasant moods. But do be mindful to keep an eye peeled for rangers who may be lurking in the vegetation. HE would surely keep those trolls at bay.

Congrats on your self-discipline towards exercise, vicarcat. Wish I had some. Am now trying to get myself back on track with my eating habits. Have lost 2 of the 10 I want to get rid of. Going back to school has been a bit of a help on that goal.

I'm off to school. Pray for me, those that do. Know that I do the same for you.

Suilad, Mellyn Nin, (Hello, My Friends)
I have missed you all..having grown quite fond of you all in the short time I have known you! *hugs for all*
You have helped to replenish laughter...which was sorely needed..and I thank you!
You ..who are trying to educate the little..(and sometimes..NOT so little) yrch...are doing a wonderful..(and much-needed) job! Will pray that you survive the encounters with them! I have walked 440 miles since April so I might get to 600
before my classes start...

Wow! I'm impressed! If I'm lucky I get in about 3 miles of walk time in a day. Now, that's just the concentrated "I'm just walking" walk time. That doesn't include the day to day stuff. I told the spousal unit that I figure that I'll get a lot more exercise in this year due to the size of the school compared with my old school. That and I won't be at a table teaching this year. I'll be out among the masses.

MT, my plans are pretty much done. I took a day trip down to the Mines yesterday and cleaned off the piles that were on my desk and on the shelves behind my desk. It's amazing how those just appear...those piles. I wonder if there are invisible orcs that can put things out like that? Hmmmmm

As for the lesson plans, we'll see if the adolescent orklings appreciate what I'm going to be teaching them. We'll see. I work in a very diverse school which I am really looking forward to, but this particular group is very tough from what I've heard. I've also heard that humor works well. In that respect I'm in good shape. I love to laugh during class. [[Maybe too much so ]] Man, adolescent AND an orkling...what a combination!

I'm going to try and post a picture of my classroom with the shot of the three LotR reading posters that came in. They are absolutely beautiful! Then it will be on to more school work preparation. No rest for the wicked says I!:evil:

Randi, I am so glad to hear from you. I don't know how you did it but I am so glad you are back. How is the farm? Is it hot there? I am still planning on writing to you. My school starts tomorrow. I was there today and my ac in my office is not working. This menopausal woman has to have ac. I was there 30 min and started to get sick at my stomach. I left there turned my car AC on high and drink 2 glasses of water when I got home. I am cooling off and then I am going to take a dip in my pool. I may just submerge and pretend I am a mermaid. My three year old grandson was talking to his mom about marriage. "You fall in yove and then you have a girlfriend right?" he said to his mom. She said yes most of the time. He said" Well, I guess Su-Lin is my girlfriend". Su-Lin is my little Shih-tzu His mom said no honey a dog can't be your girlfriend. "But I yove her". It took a lot of talking but I think he understands. I thought that was cute and he made me laugh.

MTMS, I think the Lord understands don't worry.Man was not made for the Sabbath but Sabbath for man. Have fun with your son and future daughter-in-law. Yesterday would have been my daughter's wedding day if things would have worked out. She is doing fine .
,13 It is so strange how they talk about quality teaching yet will give you children until they are coming out of the cracks.

Scots I will be looking forward to see those pictures. Good that your lesson plans are finished. I am giving up my Sunday nap so I will sleep tonight. I have stayed up to late and I need to break that sleeping pattern. Have a great day tomorrow.Praying for teachers.

Cat you are amazing. You go girl.

Well, I am going to go chill out.

Awelyn, *hugs* don't worry about the letter..I know you are busy gettiing things ready for school..and wish you lot of luck in it! But will be glad to hear when you DO have time!
I decided to come back to my sons house for a day or so..he had come down to check about his deer lease..so just rode back home with him! lol
It isn't too very bad at the farm..around 96-100 ..so it is fairly cool for Aug. weather..especially with no rain!
Cute story about your little grandson..kids say the funniest thiings sometimes!!
Enjoy your swim..and enjoy being a mermaid enough for me too! I haven't been swimming in so long that I have forgotten what it feels like!

Hey, lookee here what I found. . Release dates for all kinds of movies and links to their sites.
Some films I really want to see: The Illusionist, The Fountain and The Painted Veil

Awelyn, for $$$ conversion, go to this site I hope you can take the course. Let us know what you think

Prayers requested for my sister-in-law. She had a lumpectomy a month ago and the results show that they did not get all the cancer. She goes for a mastectomy on Wednesday. Chemotherapy will follow, but her conditon is complicated by Lupus. Fortuntately, she will get treatment at the hospital associated with one of our best medical schools in Canada. Thank the Goddess! Any prayers would be greatly appreciated.

Scots, MTMS and you other teachers hang in there. you probably start in a flap every year, wondering how the chaos will settle and I'll bet that it settles into some semblance of order each year, doesn't it? Hugs to all of you.

Congratulations, Belle HOw wonderful! May she grow tall and strong, with all the love and caring that her family showers upon her.

Church on Sunday? That's a church rule, not necessarily God's rule. Besides churches can't seem to decide whether they want Saturday (the old Sabbath), or Sunday (the new Sabbath, unless you're Jewish or a Seventh Day Adventist), or Friday (that's the Muslim and the Pagan Sunday.). Honestly, it's anough to make The Creator's head spin. :rolling:

I spent my Sunday dancing for another church. The United CHurch of Canada kicked off it's national congress (or whatever they call it) today. Our sacred dance group helped with the Liturgy - doing a tableau to Psalm 46, a meditative dance with bringing up the gifts (bread and grape juice) and the tablecloth for the altar. I was very honoured to hold the Christ Candle off the table until it was dressed, but thought that my arms would go into spasm if I had to hold them up any longer, or that it would slide out of my sweat-slicked fingers(Yikes!). We also did a lively dance with banners to a hymn about One World at the end. Totally awesome!

Ok I'll put sister in law on prayer list...

Last time I heard, God liked to hear from us and didn't
seem to mind where we were at the time just so long as
we were paying attention to God...
Parks seem to be a favorite place for angels and children
so those work fine church buildings also work too...
Daily attendence at parks or churches not required but
daily prayer is appreciated... or so I was told.

I think it more important that we act as Christ would act
then whether we attend church on every sunday...

My excuse for long walks is that I get to talk to God then
without interuptions...
I attempt to get at least one hour a day in with God but
sometimes it is just a 15 minute walk between classes...

OK I'm off the soap box...

Randi I owe you a letter so I'll get one in the mail soon.

I talked to Timberwolf today and he is as busy as I am these days...

So much to do to make a better world... a lifetime to do the work in too...

Tweek the System- Smile at a Stranger!
If a 3 year old can do it so can I! :disco:

It is suppose to be 100*F tomorrow so I need to be up early and in the garden before it gets hot... I've tarragon to trim...

Hope this week is cool for everyone!

Cat I like your soapbox, probably because I agree with you. Religions would do better if they lived their values more and enforced their rules less. Wrong emphasis altogether, because it becomes about power rather than about love.

Love that!
